CAMPS, CLASSES, WORKSHOPS, MASTER CLASSES & MORE

Please be sure to also fill out the Registration Form at the Front Desk (in addition to submitting this form) on the first day of class to ensure that we have Emergency Contact, Medical/Allergy Information, etc. Online registration is acceptance of our policies, releases, etc. Please make sure you have a credit card on file with the studio. (Required for 2025-26!) Authorization forms are available at the front desk. Please be sure to pick fill one out on the first day of class. Updated policies may be picked up at front desk for signature! Thank you!
