Please be sure to also fill out the Registration Form at the Front Desk (in addition to submitting this form) on the first day of class to ensure that we have Emergency Contact, Medical/Allergy Information, etc. Please make sure you have a credit card on file with the studio. (Required for 2025-26)
SUMMER CAMP REGISTRATION is OPEN!! A non-refundable deposit will be invoiced!
2025-2026 Registration opens on May 24! Please note the schedule is tentative and may change based on enrollments, etc. When classes begin September 2, 2025 - minimum class requirement is 6. Maximum class limit is based on ages of dancers and genre. Wait list will be started once registration reaches maximum enrollment. Registration fees and showcase costume deposits will be invoiced and should be paid to secure spot in early August.
